Have a child in Grades 3 to 8 showing an interest in Track and Field? Sign them up for one of our Summer camps. Our camps offer a wide variety of learning experiences and teaches kids the fundamentals of almost all the track & field events, including those not offered in the elementary school curriculum, such as:

  • Shot put

  • Javelin

  • Starting blocks

  • High jump

  • Hurdles

  • Discus

2024 SUMMER track and field camp information

WHO: For children who are finishing or just finished Grades 3 through 8

WHAT: Learn the basics of and try out all the events in track and field (excluding hammer throw)

WHEN: Mondays to Fridays from 8:30am to 10:30am throughout the month of July

Session 1 - July 8th to 12th Session 3 - July 22nd to 26th

Session 2 - July 15th to 19th Session 4 - July 29th to August 2nd

WHERE: Great Lakes Secondary School track and field facility

340 Murphy Road, Sarnia - behind the school

HOW: Please register your child online using the button below and follow the payment instructions included on the form

COST: $90/session for each athlete

Please note: Our summer camps run rain or shine (exception for inclement weather such as lightning)
